Yes. In Plowdesk's Utilities workspace, upload the QuickBooks Online customer Excel export, review the validation results, approve good green records, and correct records that need attention. Review the proposed customers, properties, and primary contacts before importing. This file-based process does not create an ongoing QuickBooks connection.

Explore quotes and billingNo. The current QuickBooks Online invoice workflow is a manual CSV export and import. Map customer and service/material names, export from Plowdesk, then import and verify in QuickBooks Online. It does not synchronize payments or credits and does not support QuickBooks Desktop.
